You may embed video files from Vimeo, YouTube or Dailymotion simply by copying and pasting the URL of the video into the Embed field (see image below) - this is a good way to save storage space as well.
Remember though, make sure you know the privacy settings you've set on your videos in Youtube and Vimeo. Tenlegs supports embedding public Vimeo and YouTube videos in Portfolio and Workspace. If your video has any settings that prevent public viewing, such as if it is password protected, restricted to viewing by certain people or has the embedding capability disabled, you will not be able to embed it on Tenlegs.
If you try to embed a video with privacy settings enabled, you'll be asked to change settings at the source site to make it publicly viewable. You can learn more about these settings at the source video sites below:
